What do you mean Macro type organisations?
Macro = large.
So macroecpnomics deals with government spending, borrowing and tax. These are country-sized matters.
Microeconomics deals with smaller matters such as the price charged by your local grocery store.
PESTEL deals with large influences such as politics, economics etc.
