Hi,
Question relating to June 2013 Qn 4 b
The new shares issued as per the examiners answer is 1,320,000 shares. shouldn’t it be $3,300,000/$2.50 = $1,320,000 and then divide it by the par value $0.5 to give 2,640,000 new shares.
Please clarify
