Why is he saying it is due for repayment 15 months after the year end?
From 30 Sep 20X6 till 5 Jan 20X8 there are 17 months.
After September, there is Oct, Nov, Dec and 5 days in Jan – I would call that 3 months – plus 12 months = 15 months
