    Dear Mr Mike Little,

Could you please confirm if whether the “Corporate and Business Law (ENG Variant)” is the same as the “Corporate and Business Law (UK Variant)”

Thanking you in advance for your collaboration.

    With regards,
    Mahesh.

I am able only to confirm one matter in response to your post … there is no such thing as ‘Corporate and Business Law UK variant’

Why? Because the exam paper to which you refer concerns only the relevant law relating to England and Wales. The equivalent law in Scotland and Northern Ireland is not the same as the law in England and Wales

    OK?

When can I resist an exam after failing paper today. What’s the recommended time period to allow to re-prepare ??

There is no recommended time period so far as I am aware

Resit when you feel that you’re ready … and when it’s convenient for the CBE centre to accommodate you

    OK?
