Hello,
I sat SBL in June this year and I got 47%, narrowly failing by only using the Open tuition lectures, notes(which were fantastic) and my BPP revision kit. I am hopefully looking to resit the exam in December but my question was are the lectures still valid for the December exam as they were posted in 2018 and has the syllabus changed significantly between then and now? I also have the BPP kit revision kit that covered the Sep 18, Dec 18, Mar 19 and June 19 exams. Again would it be worthwhile to get the latest revision kit?
Also I am planning to study from today, have I left my self enough time to be ready for the Deember exam whilst also doing the Ethics module?
Thank you
Bhaven P
September 29, 2019 at 7:00 pm #547633The notes and lectures are still fine. There have been few changes to the syllabus. The current notes on the site have been updated appropriately for the new syllabus (mainly to do with disruptive technologies and blockchain, but as the syllabus changes were relatively small the lectures haven’t been changes.
You can find references to these subjects in the notes if you use Ctrl+F and enter the search term.
You BPP revision kit is OK, but also look at the latest exams on the ACCA site.
