I have studied BBA (Bachelor of Business Administration) in Marketing. That’s why I’m getting exemptions from FIA exams. I also want to obtain OBU degree. My question is, will my previous degree BBA or my previous institution will be shown in my OBU certificate as well as in transcripts??
Normally if you have not sat a particular exam and passed it as part of a degree award, but claimed an exemption from it, it appears as an exemption against the relevant paper on the transcript. Therefore a transcript might show several such exemptions where more than one paper is involved

Can you please tell me which ACCA papers are shown in OBU transcript?
Does OBU counts FIA papers (FA1, FA2, MA1, MA2)?This is not the sort of question we can reliably answer – you would have to email acca@brookes.acuk and I expect they will answer in due course (please bear in mind that they are currently involved in P38 submissions and such a query is non-urgent in that context). – so please be patient)
