Sir, I would like to know that is the michael barnier’s paper included in the lectures as it is an addition from June 2012 session??….

Although Michel Barnier is NOT mentioned in Kaplan’s text, I shall be writing a briefish summary on his findings in the near future. Keep your eyes on OT – that’s where it will appear.
Thanx alot sir, but will it appear in the lectures??? and are the lectures for the last session still valid for June 2012 sitting??..
