Hi, can anyone confirm if the notes (without the lectures) provided by OpenTuition contain within them the entire syllabus? That is, if someone knows the notes perfectly, would they get 100% on all the exams? Thanks.
December 12, 2018 at 11:56 am #491859No. The lecture notes are simply lecture notes and it is in the lectures that we explain and expand on the notes.
The notes and lectures together cover everything needed to be able to pass the exam well.
If you are not watching the free lectures then you must buy a Study Text from one of the ACCA approved publishers and study from there.
However you choose to study, it is vital you buy a Revision Kit from one of the ACCA approved publishers. They contain lots of exam questions for practice, and practice is essential if you are to pass the exam.
December 13, 2018 at 8:43 pm #491964Thanks for that. I’m not a good learner from lectures, so I’m going to get the BPP text with the 20% discount code you have. Would you recommend using the OpenTuition notes as a way to revise? Of course that’s besides practicing plenty exam questions, as you say.
