Hi there!
I am not able to find a simple and easy to remember definition for the following implied terms:
1. implied by statute
2. implied by courts
3. implied by custom and usage
There was an exam question on this, but the examiner’s answers seem way too intricate to remember. Could you help me find simple definitions, which will be equally rewarding? Thanks!!
p.s is there a big chance of it coming up for the June ’11 exams?
Have you checked out the course notes? And the online lectures? There are examples given for “implied by statute”, “implied by courts” ( which are normally based on custom and usage )!
How can anyone ( other than David Kelly ) know what sort of chance these have of appearing in the June 2011 exams?
