Very few people undertake the course and as such the returns for providing such a material (i.e. time spent preparing the material vs use of material) are not sufficient. A good set of P6 notes requires constant revision as the rules change very regularly and finding someone to dedicate time to such an undertaking is a difficult endeavour.
I often thought that once I was through I would write and maintain notes for this paper, but work has kept me so busy it is impossible.
