3rd question is not exhaustive. It can also be customer perspective because customer might left without completing the food so can be customer are not ratified or are satisfied? right JOHN?
No. That would not be a measure of satisfaction because we would not know if it was left because they did not like it or if it was because they had been given too much.
What can be measured is the amount of food wasted in the kitchen, and this would be a measure of process efficiancy.

Sir, for Q2, could one make the argument that customer satisfaction is related to quality of product/service? Thanks.
John Moffat says
No. The results of the survey may be an indicator, but not the survey itself.
