HWL question

Hi sir, in my SBL exam kit, there is a question from the P1 December 2013 exam question 3b), on the advantages of diversity on the board of HWL.

My answer includes a point that is not stated in the answer key. Could you check if this would be accepted ?

Improves staff performance

Diversity can demonstrate that HWL recognizes every individual as important despite their differences. Hence, staff members are more likely to feel happy and comfortable in an environment where inclusivity is an priority. Feeling valued, improves the morale of each staff and hence increases their productivity when offering help to service users.

Is this accepted ?
