hi
is there any penalty for rounding numbers to the tenth etc
lets say i have got % as 1.273
can i round this to 1.3 in exam or what is the standard recommended by examiner
how many decimal place do we consider?
please advise

There is no standard recommended by the examiner (and there should not be – this is a financial management exam, not a maths exam 🙂 )
It is up to you to decide what rounding is sensible depending on the particular decision being made. The marks are for your workings and assumptions, not for the final answer, and rounding is therefore largely irrelevant.
