   If the word limited can only be used at the end of the name

   what about names like –

   LIMITEDS LIMITED Company number 05880089
   or
   LIMITED COMPANIES LIMITED Company number 09172808 ?

   If, within 12 months after incorporation, it appears that the new company’s name is too similar to an existing name …

     so if it goes past 12 months e.g. 2 years. can the secretary of state still force a company to change its name?

   13 minutes into the video, you were talking about how within 12 months, if the company sounds too similar.
   what does it mean by 12 months?
   the business owner has 12 months to change its name or….
