    Dear Sir John,

Many thanks for the resources you have supplied to us students to help us gain membership.

I will be attempting F9 for the 3rd time in March, having scored 48% in September and 49% in December. I seriously considered calling it a day, I thought I had done enough last time around and it’s been a bitter pill to swallow. I have started watching the lectures in preparation for March, is there any advice you could give to ensure I pass this time around? I plan to watch all of your lectures, follow up each chapter with your MCQs and do practice exams and Kaplan study text questions like last time.

    Thank you.

I am sorry that you failed, but given you got 49% you should certainly not give up!

Watch all the lectures and attempt our practice questions after each chapter of the lecture notes.
Much more important that the Study Text is that you buy a Revision/Exam Kit from one of the ACCA approved publishers. They contain lots of exam standard questions for practice (including past exam questions) and practice on these questions is vital.

If you have any problems after watching the lectures, or with any of the questions in the Revision Kit, then ask here and I will help you.
