Hello In tbe answer specifically the section which deals with research and development…my answer was more specific stating that the performance of the graduate trainees should have a weighting on the managers performance appraisal i.e. upward feedback. Also the trainees successful completion of the training scheme should be linked to their compensation as a form of motivation. Acca’s answer however does not say that..their answer is very broad as it mentions h.r. development. I am therefore requesting your opinion of my answer.
