For suitability, we have to discuss models such as PESTEL and porter’s 5 forces but if these are already mentioned in the previous answer(therefore we cant repeat) so can i write about strategic capability of an organization(resources, competences, strengths and weaknesses), culture belief and assumptions of an organization and expectation and power of stakeholders ?
2. For feasibility
We write about money, machinery, manpower, market, material and make-up from both perspectives of acquirer acquiree ?You can briefly refer again to items mentioned earlier if they are relevant. For example, ‘As mentioned in Part (a) the country’s exxhange rate is forecast to strengthen and tbis would make a strategy depemdemt on exports less suotable’
Feasibility, as you say, is really to do with resources.
So for suitability, we can also write about strategic capability of an organization(resources, competences, strengths and weaknesses), culture belief and assumptions of an organization and expectation and power of stakeholder ? ? ?
Capability is usually part of feasibility.
Feasibility and suitability ovelap somewhat. It can work if you talk about external factors under suitability and internal under capability.
External factor is the opportunity and threat, and internal factor is the strength and weaknes
So for suitability can we put SWOT analysis ?
SW are internal; so could be under feasibility OT are external.so could be under external.
