Hello
I notice that the marking scheme says 1 mark for each appropriate point up to a maximum of 12 marks. What exactly is an appropriate point?
If I identify the issue, state why it is a problem and then state a solution is that 3 marks or 1?
OR
If I identify 3 issues, is that 3 marks?
Appropriate means usegul or worthwile with redpect to the requirements. For example if you arr simply asked to identify problems, that might be 1 mark per problem, with nothing mote for a solution if that was not required.
If admked for problem plus solution, then probably 2 matks
The published marking schemes are very general.
