Dear Sir,
I did not find any lecture for Mergers and Acquisitions neither for Business Valuations. Can you help me?
There are no lectures. Maybe there will be in the future, but the reason there are not is that there are no extra techniques needed other than techniques that are explained in earlier chapters.
The problem is more one of approach which is why I have recorded a few lectures working through past question 1’s from the exam. In these lectures I discuss the approach as well as obviously working through the technical aspects. You can find them linked from the main P4 page under the heading ‘revision kit live’.
