Sir can you please explain how ‘becoming’ insolvent or entering into a voluntary arrangement is a ‘breach’ that cud lead to ACCA disciplinary action?

It would appear that you’re unable to manage your own financial affairs so you really shouldn’t be empowered to give advice to clients
