   Hi there – isn’t there a problem with the repeated distribution method that due to rounding during the steps, you may end up with a slightly different answer than the algebraic method? Wouldn’t it be safer to use the algebraic method in light of this?

     Not yet – they will come later. In the meantime you should really by an Exam Kit – they are full of practice questions 🙂
