    In sept/dec 15 exam question 1 part a

    Model answer classify A2k as cash cow.
    I agree it has low growth rate bcoz sector growth rate is low

    However i dont agree with that it has high market share, it has only 8.17 which is see low comparing with large comp market share which is 40 or above.

    Plz help me clear this point bcoz am really stuck in this area i would rather classify it as dog. Is it acceptable?

    The model answer refers to QTSBA being a cash cow. Para 1 of the question states that QTSBA is the market leader. So, low market growth rate and high market share means cash cow.

    Market share in BCN is the relative market share: Our market share/largest market share.
