    Hi,
When preparing statements, is it appropriate to showing workings in an ‘appendix’ which should be linked to the line item in the statement as (W1, W2,…..). Or should the workings be included in the statement?

This only obviously applies to Section C of the exam (sections A and B are multiple choice and so your workings will not be looked at).

For Section C, by all means show your working separately – it is whatever you find easier. Just make sure that you head up your workings properly so that the market is not confused.
