Good evening.
in part (a), it mentioned the phrase “stakeholder expectations”
in answering this, i also did an analysis of the stakeholders as well. apart from this, the points i made did mtach the answer.
my question is
does the phrase ‘stakeholder expectations’ implies a power-interest stkholder analysis?
the fact that i did the analysis, will the marker give me marks?
regards
i
The question specifies exactly what is to be covered in the position analysis – a lot. Performing a Mendelow’s matrix analysis is likely to leave you short of time for other parts ofmthe answer. Nor am I sure that the output from a power interest analysis will be of great value.
