Afternoon Ken,
I have just completed the pilot paper for P3 and I have a couple of concerns with the answer for Q1, NMS.
Comparing my answer to the answer provided, I was happy with the Political, Economic, and Technolgical aspects but confused with the socio-cultural (is this a new one) and the environmental and legal aspects. The social aspect appeared to be a tenuous link yet the other two don’t appear to be mentioned in the scenario at all…
Are we saying that in a question/ answer of this nature that we really need to think on our feet, potentially (and assuming) matters the question does not state.
I am sure it’s just me but I worry about this aspect as it leads to marks lost.
Thanks Ken

Don’t assume things that are not in the question or which could not reaonably be inferred from the question. The marker will be completely puzzled about where extra material came from.
There should be plenty in the question to fill your writing time!
