    Hi Sir Ken!

I just noticed that I’m able to identify and provide case facts quite ok. But when it comes to implications, my answers never seem to be similar to that of the answers provided..

I’m not sure if this is a cause for concern?

Also, would you suggest doing one of the Section B question first before attempting Section A?

Hope to hear from you soon.

    Best regards,
    Kyle

I always advise to do Section A first. There is so much to read that it is difficult to devote enough time in the middle of the exam to really get to know it.

When drawing conclhsions fro the case facts it is often a matter of judgement as to what the company should do. What’s important is how you argue your case to reach your conclusion.
