are Strategic Capablities and Strategic process the same or are there differences in the terms, for example part of capabilities are core competencies which may include for example Innovation, and that can also be a strategic process,
Capabilities = resources + competencies
Strategic capabilities me and either resources or competencies are special in some way to give sustained competitive advantage.
The above terms are well-defined in the literature. HoweverI have not come across the term ‘strategic process’ before. I suggest you ignore it.
Don’t get too hung up on all these definitions and terms. You will never have to reproduce definitions in the exam, which is largely based on solving problems in the scenario.
