what is the difference between strategic direction strategy, competitive strategy and growth strategy, and what are the linkages between them , are all 3 part of strategic options?
Strategic direction just means your strategic plan or the course of action that leads to the achievement of the goals of an organization.
Competitive strategy is how you compete eg price, innovation, style.
Competitive strategy is part of your strategic direction.
Thanks alot for that sir, i wanted to know that then competitive strategy, growth strategy and strategic development are all part of possible strategic direction of the company and are in essence different strategies or they are one in the same
