    Suppose that public visits a creation park from 2 cities P&F each with population of 1million people . entrance to the park is free.City P is near and by and the travel cost to the park is 100Sh per visit while city F is further away and travel costs is 200sh per visit . A Survey has revealed that 80000 visits are made by people from city p and 40000 visits by people from city F .Difference is attributed by travel costs.required
    a)net recreational value value of the park to the residence of city P
    b)net recreational value value of the park to the residence of city f
    c)suppose government subsidizes travel costs of City F by half show the change in net recreational value to F residence and indicate which visitors are affected
