Guide line and criteria

Hello sir!
I wanted a help from you. I have much problems to explain in paper f5 in questuons which ask to assess the performance of the manager. Could you suggest me some guidelines or any kind of criteria which will help me. I need ur help and your provision will be grateful.

Also in questions of assessing the performance of the business by comparing last year’s ratios calculated please help me in writing and explaining effectively as required by the examiner
