Q1_question 8 bpp kit candel. Sir i dont understand why capitalised development expenditure incurred during the year are amortised. As the director became confident from April, shouldnt it be 6 months amortisation…

Investment property gains go through statement of income, not statement of comprehensive (not comprehensible) income
There is a recorded answer to Candel on this site – I believe that that recording (should!) explain the calculation of the amortisation
