Good aftrenoon Sir,
I came across this question about ABC plc.
I am just wondering how to deal with the overhead costs, I understand the variable part and H-L method.
However, in the question its wiritten that these $2000 are incurred if the product is manufactured.
So I would say its relevant for our decision and I would somehow try to add it to our relevant cost card. Could you please help me to explain the point behind this?Thanks in advance
I am sorry, but I only have the current edition of the BPP Kit, and there is no question called ABC Ltd. (You would be better with a current edition because the format of the exam is now different and you need to practice MCQ’s).
