Hello…
Are these answers correct? I find them totally different from the examiner’s.
Drivers for e-business at TMP:
– Increased costs to make physical copies of books since paper is more expensive due to the shortage of timer.
– the emergence of online book sellers have also forced TMP to adopt e-business
– Lost sales due to the closure of a journal which advertised their books and contributed 30% towards their revenueBarriers to e-business at TMP:
– young marketing graduate may not have all the experience in designing and maintaining the website
– non-approval from the board of directors to further develop the website and as such cannot be further improved
– the website may compete with established supply chains (relationship with them)Thanks!
April 23, 2015 at 7:32 am #242262Your points are fine except perhaps for:
“non-approval from the board of directors to further develop the website and as such cannot be further improved”.
The point is why has the board not approved the e-business development eg old-fashioned, paternalistic towards bookshops etc.
