I’m not sure what you’ve done already, so not sure what you might still need to do. However:

Make sure you revise the F5 topics that are brought forward to P3. (There is an article here on OT about that in the P3 section).

Read through some exam questions and answers and understand how model are used to help analyse the situation. Models are rarely explained.

Make sure you know the top 12 models/frameworks/lists, which I suggest are:

5 forces
Ms for resources
Mendelow
BCG
Generic strategies
Ansoff’s matrix
6Is of e-business
Harmon’s matrix
Balogun and Hope Hailey
Cultural web
Contents of a project initiation document.

Obviously there are other models/lists too and I’m not saying they should not be known.
