    Sir could you please help me with this.
    I have got value of d1 as .5418 and when i look in the table i can only find till .54 ie .2054 but the answer is .2060 how did they get this figure.I know for calculating N(d1) i will be adding 0.5 but i don’t know from where to get the above figure. Many thanks

    The examiner was being ‘clever’ – what he has done is approximated between the table figures for .54 and for .55 (it is .18 of the difference between them).

    There is no need to do this in the exam – I would just do it to 0.54 – and you will not lose marks.
