Hello…
My study text has notes on the following inventory systems:
– Bin systems
– Periodic review
– JIT
The syllabus only mentions JIT.
Do I need to learn the bin system and periodic review system?

I guess that there is no harm in reading it (there are no calculations involved), but they have never been mentioned in Paper F9 and I would be very surprised if they ever were 🙂

I think I would put major emphasis on JIT as it’s mentioned in the syllabus. The other I would just have a brief knowledge of it.

Certainly you must be able to write about JIT. I would be astonished if the other two were mentioned in the exam.
