The bpp kit states as follows:
The implications for the cost of capital will depend on the bid price and the way the acquisition value is distributed amongst the two groups of shareholders

Can u pls explain how this will affect the Cost of capital?

    Thanks in advance

I am sorry but I do not have BPP books – I do not work for BPP.

Without knowing the context in which this sentence was written, I really cannot explain it.
