Which type of benchmarking should I follow from these-
Type 1:
*Internal
*Industry
*Activity
*Generic
Type 2:
*Historical
*Industry
*Best-in-class
will you please make me clarify what is Generic benchmarking?I haven’t come across the terms Type 1 or Type 2 or generic. I suggest you Google it or look at where you found the terms.
