Hello, this model in change management is something i am unable to understand,
There are contextual features and design choices,
What are contextual features? looking at them a general understanding is that these are the variables that determine the extent of change?
    But what extent of change?..

Secondly what are design choices? are these what we need to change? Change path, roles, start point?

How are we to apply this model to a question? Since this is expected in june 2014 paper in the guess listed on p3 page 🙂

    Have you looked here? https://opentuition.com/acca/p3/acca-p3-change-management/

Essentially, the context of change relates to the variables: how much time to we have? Are people ready for change or will they resist it? …etc

The design paths are how you can respond to these variables. For example, if the change is urgent, it is likely that the change will be top down (“Do this now!”) because there is not time for participation. Similarly, if people are sceptical for the need for change a more participative approach, involving education and communication might win them over.
