    Hello Sir,
Can you please explain is there any difference between the following two requirements

1.Identify and discuss the factors to be considered in formulating a trade receivables management policy for
    ZSE Co. ( J/10)

2.Identify and explain the key areas of account receivable management ( pilot paper Ulnad co )

I mean the only difference is that 1 should be explained in the context of the company ZSE ?
    Thanks in advance

There is a difference, although credit would be given to many similar points.

To try and explain, one of the ‘key areas’ is deciding how long a period of credit to give to customers, and checking that customers are paying on time.
A ‘factor to be considered’ for this would be what credit terms are competitors offering to their customers.
