Strategy clock identifies the strategies that might lead to competitive advantage. When likely in a question that I will be asked about the strategy clock. And where does this fit in to a question.?
What are the differences between no frills and low price?

Strategic clock = a development of generic strategies: there are some middle points between cost leadership and focus/differentiation.
No frills = the most basic service/product
Low cost = a slightly better service/product.
I think it’s explained in the lectures using airlines as an example.
