Hi All, Great lecture as usual. I noticed in example 2, you used 15% to calculate the interest, and the video lectures shows 15% being used, however the solution for the same example in the notes shows the interest at 10%, is this because the note(s) for the solutions have not been updated. Whilst we are talking about interest how do you calculate the implicit interest and IRR if not given assuming they are not the same thing, just for my own reference.
