So packaging costs are considered production costs because the products cannot be left unpack aged?
Hi, I would like to clarify: I assume that last question is wrong. Stepped fixed costs do not need to increase after some level of activity, but it can decrease as well. It might happen if, say, due to some circumstances fixed costs will be covered by, say, a state or some charity if a certain activity level is reached.
What is your viewpoint?
