Hi, for the question no. 3 there is an error. It should be 100 units as minimax regret correct answer. The maximum regrets are here: for 100 units: 1000 dollars, for 300 units: 4000 dollars, for 500 units: 8,100 dollars. So the minimum loss of these is 1000 dollars, hence 100 units.
