Anyone knows why the 1st Question is false? Isn’t Lean synchronization more resilient?

Lean synchronization means achieving the output products and services that deliver exactly what customers want, in terms of quality, volume and timing. at the lowest possible cost.

So there is unlikely to be much inventory because that is expensive. Production will be just-in’time, so if a machine breaks down or a supplier does not deliver components on time, deliveries can’t be made to customers because no products are held in inventory.

      So, less resilient to disruption.
