I have a question
During the exam, do i have to remember the article numbers each law is quoted from?
Like for an example,
Regarding the place of business in formation of international contracts , the following is stated
“If a party has more than one place of business, the relevant place of business is the one which most closely connected with the contract. Article 10 (a)
Do i need to remember the article number for all the laws?
Thanks in advance
No, you don’t need to quote article numbers or dates. Also, if you can’t remember case names you can describe them instead.
