Common problems with registration on OpenTuition.com
1) Your username is already taken
Solution: Invent a new username, or and a number for example accastudent2012
2) No activation email has been received
Solution: Make sure that entered email address is valid and entered correctly. Quite often activation email maybe found in your Spam/Junk Mailbox – please look there.
3) Activation error
It is possible we have activated your account – please try and login.

Answer: All lectures are hosted by youtube
Please try another browser on your device. If still nothing is showing, it is possible the youtube videos are blocked in your country – try Tor browser or you may have to use VPN services. In China popular is: Webfreer or Psiphon vpn on any device, in case web freer stops working.

Browser issues

Some issues that you encounter with OpenTuition.com can be solved by changing your browser settings, refreshing the page, or clearing the browser cache and cookies.
Force Refresh
A force refresh or reload will cause the browser to re-check with the web server to make sure it has the latest copy of the web page you are viewing. Here are keyboard shortcuts for force refreshing your browser:
- Windows: Ctrl + F5
- Mac/Apple: Cmd + R
- Linux: F5
Clear Your Cache and Cookies
Each time you access a web page, your web browser stores a temporary copy of the files needed to display the web page to you. Those temporary files are called the browser cache. If your cache is not updating properly or if it’s stuck, you could be viewing an older version of some of the supporting files that run WordPress.com.
