when qn says UK exporter, it means they are UK based. Am i right?

FMa basic doubt
It basically means the company or organization indicated is registered in UK or USA. Most of the multi-national companies have their operations in many countries but they are considered as the company in which it registers. For example, you can think about coca-cola. You can have a coke almost everywhere but it's registered in USA, so it's a USA company.
