I had a go at Q47 (care for Dogs) and I can’t distinguish between the last two questions!
They look like they are asking the same questions!
Can someone explain where I am going wrong?
They probably overlap somewhat if you think that quality of service is a critical success factor. So best to answer (b) in terms of CSF’s like: dogs’ health, cleanliness, space of cages.
That leaves you to concentrate on MEASURES of quality of service for (c): eg surveys, repeat bookings, flexibility for dates.
