AnonymousI need to download free kaplan P1 practise kit and text book, give me required link.
January 13, 2012 at 4:52 pm #92426now why would I even begin to think about helping you to break copyright laws? And why would an honest, trustworthy ACCA student not only want to break the law but also has the audacity to try to persuade a stranger to help to break the law!
And the irony is – it’s for p1 – an exam all about corporate governance, risk and ETHICS!!!!!!!
No I most certainly will not give you the link
January 13, 2012 at 6:34 pm #92427Dear Mike, I have purchased my P1 kaplan text book last july however I did not sit the exam in december beacuse I had to retake F8 and sit F7 for the first time: may you be able to tell me if I can use it to study for the june 2012 exam or the syllabus has dad sighificant changes which require to buy a new study text.
Regards
Roberto
January 15, 2012 at 6:52 pm #92428Hi
I really do not believe that the syllabus has changed that much since July last year. The only “new” thing to be aware of is the examiner’s comment that he could well put “numbers / calculations” into an exam question. There are a couple of examples for sure in the BPP revision kit ( and therefore probably also in the Kaplan kit )
Otherwise, make sure you read the last 18 months worth of P1 technical articles in Student Accountant

is it possible to study p1 with f 4 and f 6 ?February 9, 2012 at 7:24 am #92433Dear Mike, Should I choose BPP or Kaplan study materials for P1? Which one is better? Thank you!
February 10, 2012 at 5:07 pm #92434Mr Hot – I have answered the first of your three identical posts ( please, post once only! )
yosoykaren, that’s an impossible question for me to answer. Different students appear to have personal preferences for BPP and Kaplan ( and, incidentally, for others such as Emile Woolf ) Can I say which one is better than the other? No, quite frankly, I can’t. I DO like BPP and ….. I DO like Kaplan.
Think about it for a moment – both publishers are recognised by ACCA – they both cover the syllabus ( admittedly in different styles ) and either of them should be sufficient as an educational text book.
Sorry, but I’m firmly on the fence
